In connection with the content of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "RODO"), and in particular Articles 13 and 14 of RODO defining the information obligation of the Data Controller, we hereby inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Code Town sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bysta, Juliana Fałata 4B/4, 43-360 Bystra Ślaska;

  3. Your personal data will be processed for:
    1. To carry out the activities requested by the Administrator (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA);
    2. to enter into an Agreement with the Administrator or to take steps to enter into an Agreement with the Administrator and the subsequent execution of such Agreement (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
    3. to enter into an Agreement with the Administrator or to take steps, at the request of the entity you represent, to enter into an Agreement with the Administrator and the subsequent execution of such Agreement (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
    4. Fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator in connection with the execution of concluded agreements (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) RODO);
    5. in pursuit of the Administrator's legitimate interests, for example (1) for the possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims, (2) for internal administrative purposes, including analysis, statistics and internal reporting of the Administrator, (3) for archival and evidential purposes, (4) for analytical selection of services to meet the needs of the Administrator's customers, optimization of products and processes, and customer satisfaction surveys, (5) for the Administrator to offer you by way of direct marketing and promotion of products and services provided by the Administrator, and the legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) RODO.
  4. Your personal data may be shared:
    1. authorities entitled to request access to personal data processed by the Administrator and entities entitled to receive personal data on the basis of generally applicable laws, in particular courts, bailiffs, the Police;
    2. entities that process personal data on behalf of the Administrator, e.g. IT companies, debt collection companies, as well as marketing agencies and other entities on the basis of entrustment agreements signed with them by the Administrator;
  5. My personal data will be stored:
    1. in terms of the performance of the contract concluded by you or by the entity you represent with the Administrator, for the duration of the contract, and thereafter for the period necessary to secure the Administrator's possible claims under the Contract;
    2. with regard to the implementation of activities for which the basis of data processing is the consent of the data subject, until such consent is revoked;
    3. in terms of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator in connection with the execution of concluded agreements, for the period obliging the Administrator to fulfill these obligations;
    4. to the extent of the existence of a legitimate interest of the Controller, for the period during which the Controller is able to document the existence of such an interest that constitutes the basis for the processing, or until you raise a legitimate objection to such processing, unless the Controller is able to demonstrate that its legitimate interest overrides the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects;
  6. You have the right to object to the processing of my personal data when the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, whereby if you object, the Administrator will cease to process my data for the aforementioned purposes, unless the Administrator can demonstrate that there are valid legitimate grounds with respect to your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if your data are necessary for the possible establishment, investigation or defense of claims. In cases where the processing of your data is based on your consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  7. You have the right to access my data and receive a copy of it, the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of personal data violates data protection regulations;
  8. The administrator does not process data in an automated manner or carry out profiling;
  9. The administrator does not transfer data to third countries, does not process data by automated means, and does not carry out profiling;
