These Terms and Conditions of Services (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") set forth the general terms and conditions for the provision of services by [Name of IT Company] (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"), headquartered at [Company Address], registered under [Company Registration Number], addressed to customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") using IT solutions and services offered by Provider, including but not limited to: design, implementation and maintenance of software, consulting services, technical support and other IT services specified in individual contracts with Customers.
The purpose of these Regulations is to define the basic principles of cooperation, to ensure the high quality of services provided, as well as to protect the rights and obligations of both the Clients and the Provider. By proceeding to use the services offered by Digital Templars sp. z o.o., the Client agrees to the conditions set forth in these Regulations and undertakes to abide by them.
The Terms and Conditions are available and can be downloaded from the Supplier's official website, and their acceptance is necessary to start any cooperation. The Supplier reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, of which it undertakes to inform Customers in an appropriate manner.
The Regulations set forth the rules for the provision of IT services by Digital Templars sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: "Provider") for the benefit of clients (hereinafter: "Client").
IT services include, but are not limited to: software design and implementation, technical support, IT systems maintenance, and technology consulting.
The detailed scope of services provided, completion dates and financial terms will be specified in a separate contract or order.
Services will be provided remotely or at the customer's premises, depending on the arrangements in the contract.
Service prices, payment terms and billing details will be specified in the contract or order.
Late payments may result in the suspension of services until the arrears are settled.
All rights to the results of the work, including software, documentation and materials developed as part of the provision of services, belong to the Supplier, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
The client receives a license to use the results of the work to the extent specified in the contract.
The Supplier shall not be liable for damages caused by the Customer's actions contrary to the Supplier's instructions or as a result of force majeure.
Any disputes arising from the performance of services will be resolved amicably, and in case of disagreement - by a court with jurisdiction over the Provider's headquarters.
Amendments to the rules and regulations may be made by the Supplier, and the Customer will be informed of them within the established timeframe.
The regulations enter into force on 28.03.2016.
