Customer service

What experience and references do you have?

We have many years of experience developing software in the C# language and using the .NET Core framework for a variety of industries, including financial, medical and e-commerce. We are proud of our projects that have improved the operational efficiency and customer experience of our principals. We are happy to provide references and case studies of our previous projects to demonstrate our competence and successes.

Our software development process is iterative and based on Agile methodology, which allows for flexible project management and easy implementation of changes on the fly. We hold regular meetings with clients (e.g. sprint review) to provide transparency and update them on project progress. For us, it is important to communicate openly and collaborate with the client at every stage of the project.

Once the software is deployed, we offer comprehensive technical support and maintenance services to ensure continued system performance and security. Our support services range from ongoing upgrades to assistance in resolving potential problems. Customers can choose between different levels of maintenance contracts, tailored to their needs and expectations.

The cost and time of a project are always estimated individually, based on the scope of work, complexity of functionality and client requirements. We try to be as transparent as possible in our estimates, offering competitive prices and realistic deadlines. We understand that financial flexibility is important to our clients, which is why we offer various billing models, including payment by milestones or a subscription model.

The time it takes to create a website depends on its complexity, functionality and individual requirements. On average, simple sites can be ready in a few weeks, while more complex projects can take several months.

The cost of maintaining a website can vary depending on many factors, such as hosting, domain, the need for updates and security. During our meeting, we can discuss the details and tailor a quote to your needs and budget.

Yes, we build most of our websites on platforms with content management systems (CMS), which allow content to be easily updated by the clients themselves without the need for technical knowledge.

We offer SEO services that include content optimization, link building, keyword analysis and many other techniques to help improve your site's position in search results.

Data security is a top priority for us. We use the latest security practices, including encryption, secure data storage and regular security audits.

The time it takes to develop custom software can vary significantly, depending on the complexity of the project, the client's requirements and the extent of integration with other systems. At the beginning of a project, we always define a timeframe and provide regular updates on progress.

The development process typically includes requirements analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation and post-implementation support. Each stage is crucial to the success of the entire project and ensures that the software meets the customer's expectations.

Yes, we always anticipate the possibility of modifications and expansion of the software in the future. We understand that business needs can change, so our solutions are scalable.

Custom software can increase operational efficiency, automate tasks, improve systems integration, and deliver a better user experience, all of which adds up to a better bottom line for the company

Once the software is deployed, we monitor its performance and effectiveness by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and collecting feedback from users, which allows us to continuously improve the product.

Work methodology

What is "Scrum"?

Scrum is a flexible work methodology that can be used not only in the technology field, but also in many other industries. In short, Scrum is based on teamwork, division of tasks and regular meetings. The work team is divided into small groups, which are called "scrum teams." Each group has specific tasks to complete within a specific time period, usually lasting 2 to 4 weeks, called a "sprint."

During a sprint, the team meets daily for a so-called "daily stand-up" where each member shares information on progress and problems. At the end of the sprint, the work done is evaluated and the next sprint is planned. The method promotes transparency, constant communication and adaptability to changing conditions. Scrum allows you to focus on the most important tasks and manage your time effectively. As a result, it can be used in many areas to increase productivity and quality of work for the team.

It is not possible to say conclusively whether hourly billing ("time and material") is better than fixed-price ("fixed price") billing for a project, because the choice between the two methods depends on the specific needs of the project and the client's preferences.

Hourly billing ("time and material") is more flexible and adapts to projects that may change during implementation. It gives the client the ability to make changes during the course of the project and adapt to possible new requirements. However, it can be more difficult to predict in terms of cost, and the client may face higher costs if the project drags on or unexpected difficulties arise.

Fixed-price ("fixed-price") project billing is more predictable in terms of cost, which can be advantageous for clients who want certainty about the project budget. However, it can be less flexible if the client wants to make changes or the project is poorly defined at the outset.

Ultimately, the choice between these methods depends on the individual circumstances of the project, its complexity, the degree to which the requirements are defined, and the client's preferences. Often, a project can use both methods in different phases of implementation to combine flexibility and cost predictability. It is also important to carefully define the terms and conditions in the contract between the client and the supplier, regardless of the chosen billing method.

Time-and-material billing is one method of accounting for the cost of a project or service that is often used in the service and design industries. In this method, the client pays the supplier or contractor for the labor and materials used during the project.

During "time and material" billing, costs are usually determined by the number of hours worked by employees and the cost of materials or resources used for the project. The final price of the project is usually the sum of all these costs, and the client pays for the actual labor and materials used.

This form of billing is flexible and allows the project to adapt to changing needs and conditions. However, it can be more difficult to predict in terms of cost, since the final price depends on the actual working time and the amount of materials used. Therefore, it is important that both parties - the client and the supplier - have clearly defined agreements and cost control mechanisms under this method of billing.
